APPOINMENTS

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. First time clients may be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect myself and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed. 

 I recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that I can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. As your stylist, I will advise how often you should return to maintain your style in your consultation.

Late / No Show Policy 

Your appointments are very important to me.  I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you please provide me with 48 hour notice.  This gives me time to accommodate clients placed on my waiting list.  In the event of  'No Shows'  or last-minute cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee.  When giving less than 48 hours notice this will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled appointment and 'No Shows' will be charged up to 100% of the service amount.

    My online booking system sends courtesy E-mail and/or text reminders.  If you are unsure of your appointment time or date feel free to check your appointment either by calling or emailing me.  While we understand life can cause you to be late for your appointment, please keep in mind the later you run, the later I will be for my next appointment and every appointment thereafter.  Please understand I will do my best to accommodate you for that day.  I may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

In the event that I have to reschedule/cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you will receive a 25% discount on your next appointment. 

Guarantee of Service 

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our services.  If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your original appointment so that we can schedule a time to correct the service free of charge.  Any issue reported after the 5 days from the original appointment date will be assessed on a case by case basis.
